I was very pleased the services. They are very professional, punctual and friendly.

They come out four times a year. They are always on time and call the day before the appointment. The same guy comes out every time and he is a very courteous guy.

They are an A Plus!  I would absolutely use them again.

We have been using them for about six years. They always let us know in advance before they come out and ask for specific problems that need addressing.

Quick. efficient, no chemical smells or obvious residue and best of all-no ants.

A friend recommended them and it turned out great. It was super. They guarantee their work.

I may not use them again. When I call someone I like when someone answers the phone rather than me leaving a message for someone to call me back. They couldn't get the instructions right on where to send the bill to. It's just simple stuff. I guess they did a fairly decent job with the termite control, but I guess I'm a little picky. I'd give them a pretty good grade, but I probably wouldn't use them again. I noticed the stuff in the grass they didn't put down far enough so the lawn mower would catch them, I noticed stuff like that. They did respond quickly.

I was happy with them in the past but their follow-up was not very good this time. They did the evaluation for pests in general and they signed her up for a bi-monthly spray for ants but they never followed up with the termite inspection. I think their communication has suffered from my previous experience and they didn’t follow up about whether we were satisfied or if there were any other services that we needed.

They collect a fee every 2 months and they come out as many times as needed for pest control. We had ants and we called them. They came out and treated the ants. They came out again when that didn’t work and didn’t charge any extra for that. They are very reliable. They are times when I forgot and locked the gate. So they left a message because they couldn’t get in. They are very regular and their service is always worth. I haven’t had any problems.

I like them because they put tubes in the walls so that they do not have to spray inside of my home they can do all of the servicing from outside. They come out routinely for maintenance. They always leave us a note with suggestions and whatever servicing they did. I like that they offered us an opportunity to pay the entire year in advance with a discount. I thought that was nice. The office always calls a couple days after the servicing to follow up.

The guy that comes out from Home Team Pros is really good. He is personable and does not complain. I will continue to use their services in the future.

They have a guarantee in their contract they seem to always follow. Over the years, we have had problems with sugar ants. They have come and taken care of them before. They told us if we ever have issues with them in the future, they will do an interior spray to help get rid of the ants. They are friendly. When they show up, they ring the doorbell when I'm home to let me know they are here to do the spray. They are very informative about the chemicals and products they use.

I like Home Team. They do a good job with what they do. I like them because they take care of termites for me. I have never had a problem to speak of with this company so they are great as far as I am concerned.

All members of HomeTeam Pest Defense showed up as scheduled, performed their work promptly and completely and made sure all areas were left clean and neat. They were friendly and polite at all times and kept me informed of their progress throughout the treatment period.

The technician was there within 2 hours after I called them. They did a very good job getting rid of the spiders.

THEY CALL THE DAY BEFORE THEY PLAN TO COME TO THE HOUSE TO SPRAY. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. WE HAD ROOF-RATS AND THEY CAME OUT, FREE OF CHARGE, AND SET TRAPS IN OUR ROOF. THEY ALSO CAME OUT AND GOT RID OF AN UNDERGROUND WASPS NEST WE HAD.

ON A MONTHLY BASIS, THE REPRESENTATIVE WALKS OUR PROPERTY AND TAKES DOWN COBWEBS AND SPRAYS FOR PESTS. OUR CURRENT REPRESENTATIVE IS VERY RESPONSIVE, AND ACCESSIBLE WITHIN 24 HOURS WHEN CALLED FOR A PEST INFESTATION. FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. CONCERNED ABOUT OUR PETS.

THEY CALL AHEAD OF TIME TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT, BECAUSE WE HAVE A DOG. THEY ARE VERY CONSCIOUS OF OUR SURROUNDINGS SO AS NOT TO CAUSE ANY HARM TO OUR ANIMALS OR THE NEIGHBORS.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY COME ONCE A MONTH TO SPRAY, CALLING YOU PRIOR TO THEIR ARRIVAL. THEY WILL ALSO COME ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE.

THIS COMPANY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO MY REQUEST FOR SPRAYING FOR ANTS. WE WERE OVERRUN. THEY SPRAYED THE PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE & YARD, & IMMEDIATELY ERADICATED THE PROBLEM. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN WHEN NECESSARY.

HOME TEAM PEST DEFENSE PROVIDE A GREAT SERVICE. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. I THINK THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH.
