He showed up one hour late (to evaluate what needed to be done for repairing the shower) and because of this we asked him to come back due that someone was taking a shower so he couldn't see what needed to be done.  He said he would call the next day but that didn't happen.  Because of this I thought this was a red flag so we will not use him.

I wasn't satisfied with them. I had wood nailed around the wall heater and they tore it up. They glued it back on the wall heater on top of both sides and I can't take the wood off the wall heater. I didn't know they did that. I was not a happy camper. I definitely wouldn’t use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Great experience, I originally planned on only having the popcorn removed and ceiling repainted in the rooms that joined my kitchen.  Since I was in the process of a kitchen remodel including new floors I thought it a perfect time to remove popcorn, so I made the call and he was one of the contractors that provided me an estimate.  Havy gave me 2 estimates, one for just popcorn removal and ceiling work and he also suggested the rooms that joined the kitchen be re textured and repainted including the kitchen walls.  Not something I considered to do at this time, however i'm so very happy that I took his recommendation to do it now, the price was reasonable which helped and I was saved several weekends of work repainting myself, the walls and ceilings all look great.  He was also flexible with other small tasks that I could not get to myself (replacing outlets, and reconnecting the sink and dishwasher).   I could not be happier with the outcome and I will absolutely use his services again.
