I fired them because I was not satisfied with them. I think they overbilled. They wanted me to pay $250.00 for a 4-hour housecleaning and I told them there was no way I could pay that. We negotiated and they went down, but it was still a lot. I found that Gustavo's wife finished in much less time and a lot less stuff was really cleaned. When I told them that I was going to stop them, they said they were thinking about reducing their rates. I was not happy. Gustavo does carpet cleaning and I had been using him for several years. The last time also I found that he was in and out in just a couple of hours and charged me $400.00 and didn't even move the furniture around. If I wasn't watching over their shoulders, they were not doing their job. I am never going to use either of them again. I didn't feel like they would steal anything. They were there on time.

He is so thorough. He moves everything and cleans behind everything. He is very reliable and very trustworthy. He has never missed an appointment and he is always really punctual. The quality of his work is higher than any cleaning person I've ever had. His fees are very reasonable. Rather than dealing with a team of people, you are dealing with the same person every time.
