Dave was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to trace where the problem was in my tangled mess of wires. One of the telephone extension wires which we were no longer using had been smashed and was shorting out intermittently and causing a huge amount of static. I would never have located it myself. The $100 charge was half of what I was expecting to pay and I more than got my money's worth solving a real business headache. Dave is a gentleman and I really appreciated his visit and his "bedside" manner. I highly recommend him.

Dave could not make the original appointment but called in a timely manner to reschedule. He arrived on time as was very knowledgeable and experienced about the issues. Everything was fixed and running in less than an hour. He will be called for some follow up work in the future.
