Mike was courteous and professional.  He ran the drain snake through out my entire house.  Gave me some tips on maintaining my drains and pointed out that my curbside clean out was installed backwards and that a water clean out needed support.   When he was finished Mike washed down the mess in the drive way, clean up my sinks and bath tub.  He also treated my pipes with lubricant to prevent future plugs. 
He arrived on time, was professonal, had the drains unplugged and was cleaned up and ready to go within about an hour.   I really appreciated his calm professional manner.  I highly recommend Drain Doctors and Plumbers to anyone needing plumbing work.

Job went very well.  He had to leave to go purchase something but came right back to finish the job.

Michael worked efficiently and steadily for four hours, with no breaks for food or drink, trying everything he could think of to get the old corroded drains to clear.  We had tried do-it-yourself methods with no luck prior to giving up and calling a plumber, so we know it was truly a big problem.  It was obvious that Michael was not exaggerating when he said he does plumbing because he loves it; it is also obvious that, like a dog with a bone, he doesn't give up until he gets it right.
