Tyler was able to accommodate my schedule for estimate and repair.  He diagnosed the problem quickly and returned a day later to make repair.  It wasn't urgent so I was fine with the timing.  He was able to use a recycled part to brace the door and so the actual cost was a bit less.  Very honest and professional.  I definitely recommend him and would use him again.

Pretty simple.  Tyler showed up on time, and went over what was needed.  We had already discussed the problem and solution over the phone. The old unit's circuit board was dumping the remote codes and even new remotes wouldn't program anymore.  He told me he could replace the board but after some more info, I just decided to replace the motor/chain unit with a new one.  He completed his work within an 1 1/2. He is through, honest and professional.  I would wholeheartedly recommend Tyler for any garage door repair without hesitation.  Look no further, he is your man.

Tyler was knowledgeable, informative, and personable. When I initially called him to describe what happened to our garage door, Tyler diagnosed our problem right away. Work was done promptly and professionally and on the Saturday right after New Year's! Other companies were closed until Monday.

We sch. a time for the same day for repairs, he showed up when he said, looked at the job and confirmed the price and est. on how long it would take, he's. been in the trade for many years ,so it didn;t take him long to do a good professioal job .He was easy to talk to and didn't mine you watching him and asking ques.

Tyler arrived on time and it took him about a half hour to make the repairs. He replaced the broken extension spring. I explained that the opener had been making a lot of noise. He determined that the screw carriage needed to be replaced. He had the part and replaced that too. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The price was what he quoted on the telephone. I would definitely call Tyler again.

The price was not an issue. They are a small company. He did very well. For $800, he replaced our garage door and reconnected our garage door opener and he held away our old door. He had to order our door because it was an odd size which took an extra 2 weeks. If he hadn't had to order it, he could have done it 2 or 3 days. He was very good. He gave us a lot of information about garage doors and we like that. He explained different features and what's important and what's less important about the 2 choices you make. We got a 3 year warranty parts and labor on the door.

Very professional and informative guy.

It went great. It would take someone with the mind of an mechanical engineer to make it work, due to some irregularity of the garage. He made it work. Everything about is straight and sealed.

Tyler was very professional, helpful and most importantly honest. He did not try to sell me a garage door because I thought I needed one. I will be ordering my garage door opener from Delta Diablo Doors.
