OVERALL, IT WAS GOOD. IT'S A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS, AND THEY ARE A LITTLE HARD TO GET A HOLD OF. I HAVE ROUNDED CORNERS IN MY WINDOWS SO THE VALANCES DO NOT SIT FLUSH ON TOP. I WAS NOT TOLD THIS AHEAD OF TIME, WHICH I THINK WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. ALSO THEY HAD TO BRING BACK A COUPLE OF CLIPS FOR THE WOOD VALANCES, AND IT TOOK ALMOST TWO WEEKS.
