Pool and Spa Servicing, Concrete Repair
He was medium bid on redoing concrete around the pool. Pool turned out to have issues and we agreed to fix it. As things were going good he was nice and easy to talk to, as any minor item came up it was an additional charge. Original bid of 16,000 ended up to $27,000. When the cement was poured there were some quality issues with sloping away from the house. The concrete sloped towards the house and caused water to pool against the foundation. To correct the problem he attempted to drill holes in brand new concrete and what we now have is a patch job by the back door to mitigate water pooling and to keep his cost down rather than fixing the entire problem. It is only partially successful however we accepted the patch job rather than them keep pounding against the foundation of our house. In addition during the issues and trying to get resolution the professionalism continued to get worse with every interaction.

We ended up going to small claims court with them. We wanted them to replicate the landing we already had and they screwed it up. We also found out later they were way overpriced.
