They began the job great,. But it didn't last. They did the initial design and purchase of the lighting fixtures. They installed about 75% of the lights. They had some junction boxes they used that were too big, and needed to be exchanged. Some of the lights were the wrong type and needed to be exchanged. The clean up went fine. They planted most of the new plants. When we didi a walk thru, there were some plants from the year before that had died - these were to be replaced at no charge, I have used this company on and off for the past 15 years. They do good work, but they can never meet a promised completion date, nor can they finish a job! They always go off to the next one. This job was left with many of the dead plants not being replaced and the lighting was never completed. The mulch job was also never completed. They left many supplies on the job and did not come back to pick them up. After a year, I had to find another landscaper to come in and complete the job. This is not an easy thing to do, because no one wants to take on another company's problems! When I did get a good recomendation, this new landscaper had to purchased new lights to finish the project. The old incorrect lights could not be returned anywhere, so they were a total loss to me, We also had to pay to have the old supplies and tools hauled to the dump! The owners seem to have a lot of personal problems which conflict with their work schedule and then things don't go on time. In conclusion, they do good work, but never finish on time, and also don't complete the job.
