We went in and ordered a Dell Desktop computer for my son to take to Redding for college. They said they could do remote access to his room if needed. The funny thing in all of this is that Jason the only guy in the store did not ask for a deposit or even an address. I insisted he take our info. He wrote in on a scrap paper. Well needless to say when the date came for us to pick it up the stor was closed and they moved out and over to a different city. When I asked to speak to Jason he answered the phone and told us he moved over to the other store. When I asked about the Dell Tower he denied even knowing anything about it. We got disconnected and when i called back "Jason had to leave the store" even though I knew it was him,  obviously. What crooks.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AT DEALING WITH MY PROBLEM, AND QUICKLY DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO TO SAVE CRUCIAL INFORMATION. THEY ALSO DIDN'T TRY TO GOUGE ME ON SOMETHING THEY REALLY COULD HAVE.
