VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY INITIAL CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE ALL THE WAY THROUGH COMPLETION. ROB IS VERY PROACTIVE, DOES QUALITY WORK, AND COMMUNICATES WELL, BOTH THROUGH HIS WRITTEN ESTIMATE AND CONTRACT AS WELL AS HIS VERBAL UPDATES. HE WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
