Roger & Lori are the best! They inspected two homes for us. The first, in April 2013, had so many problems that the homeowner was unwilling to fix that we landed up walking away.
We had an offer accepted on another house in August, and we asked Lori and Roger to inspect it. The house came with a very clean pest report. When Roger and Lori found clear evidence of pest activity not on that report, they advised us to get our own pest report. That report showed extensive damage, which was ultimately paid by the seller. They directly help save us $15,000.
Roger and Lori are also lovely people, and I can't recommend them strongly enough!
