We called them to work on a broken garbage disposal but he told us it wasn't broken. He then looked at our bathroom and saw there was a leak. We were delighted to find that he could fix the whole problem including the fix of the floor and wall. He did not have a service call fee, just the repair. He fixed what was wrong and stuck to the estimate he gave us. He did his work and did it neatly. They were pleasant and just really amazing. When you call them, he gives the cell number and actually answers when you call. It's not that he does not have service fee, but he did not charge us to come out and look at the disposal which was nice.
