Super quick!!!! They took down the shade restrung it and put it up with care. Testing it many times to make sure it was right. I used to be in the industry and appreciated their mariculture work. I would highly recommend their company. Tom and Steven are AWESOME FOLK and VERY PROFESSIONAL. You will love and appreciate their fine workmanship.

Tom and Steve did a fantastic job! They called a half hour before they arrived and arrived promptly a few minutes before the scheduled appointment time. They were professional and courteous and completed the repair perfectly within a half hour.  The shades look great and are completely functional again!  I highly recommend this provider for any blind or shade work that needs to be done.

Tom & Steve (father & son) responded to my inquiry within the same day. The came to my house on time, efficiently & skillfully fixed all 3 mini blinds. The materials they used are high graded parachute string.  Very happy to have known Tom & Steve, and will go to them for all replacement/repair window blind needs.

The job went fantastic, I could not be happier with the results.  Tom did a great job, had a pleasant demeanor, was friendly, and professional, as was William.  I could not be happier.  When the shutters were taken away Tom promised to do what he could to save them but could not promise as they were badly scratched, and bitten, yup, bitten by an upset puppy - luckily she has outgrown that behavior (we hope). Tom and William brought the shutters back and reinstalled them for me yesterday, and they look wonderful.  As a side, so customers know the dedication Tom has in his business, he went to far as to cart the shutter to a paint store to get an exact match, I am so pleased with his work.  The job was less expensive than I anticipated, ahd the service I received was invaluable.  I am very grateful to Tom and his company.  I am preparing the house for sale, and expected the worse, but Tom and William alleviated some of my fears.  They are a great team, and this is a great company.  DON'T GIVE UP ON REPAIRING UNTIL YOU CALL TOM AT BLOOMIN BLINDS.  They are fantastic, honest, friendly, and professional.  
SIDE NOTE:  I initially tried to find shutter repair under the following categories at Angies List:  Shutter repair, window coverings, blinds and Bloomin Blinds did not come up.  I actually found them on a free site right away.  I contacted Angies List to let them know that paying subscribers are entitled to have all choices made available at the time of search.  I was less than happy Angies List, less than happy.  Hopefully now, a great company such as this will come up for customers on their query, especially since a free service is available.  I wonder how many people missed out on this great company, and how many potential customers this company missed out on serving.  Bloomin Blinds is fantastic, and deserve to be recognized and referred.
