Went very well.  He showed up at appointment time, repairs were fast.

It went perfect. The new one is much better than what we had before. We've had no trouble at all. We've had it for two years and have had no problems.

I have used Arrow Garage door in the past and will definitely use them again. Always an honest estimate at an honest price. Great experience yet again.

Doug Clark, the owner, did the work. He was courteous, professional and knowledable. We will have no hesitation recommending or doing business with Arrow Garage Door in the future.

We were extremely satisfied with the end result! The work was performed efficiently and quickly (within a few days of accepting the quote). The new door looks great and works fantastically. The installer was very professional and really took the time to get everything dialed in just right.

They did an excellent job and I would recommend them.

Douglas Clark is the owner. It was a good price considering getting rid of the old door. Douglas Clark did the work. I called him on a Monday and he came on a Friday. It was good turnaround. He is an old timer; he knows what he is doing. He is right on top of it. I am very happy with the door. It looks and feels good. They got rid of a problem that I had to deal with. I had an old door on there that hadn't been opened for thirty years. It was a little wooden door built in the 50s. All around, I had a good relationship with them. I would recommend them.

I would not use anyone else. I have used Doug several times and have never been disappointed by the workmanship or the price.  He is very courteous, respectful, always on time. He is everything you would want in a garage door repairman. Doug does all the work which I appreciate.

Owner Doug Clark came out, right on time. Responded immediately to my initial phone call and was prompt in getting us scheduled for the repair.
He was quick and efficient, and nice to deal with. He explained exactly what needed to be done, reassured us that we did not need to replace the whole track system or try to upsell us in any way.
Nice to deal with -- I've recommended him to others and would use him again.

I used this company twice so far.  First time was on October 2012
because the garage door failed to open/shut properly.  It turned out
that was caused by the spider web blocking the sensor.  Victor dusted
off the spider web and tighten up all the screws and inspected the
garage door.  The charge was $80.  In about 6 months, the garage door
spring snapped.   He responded to my call quickly, replaced the spring. 
The charge was $250.  This time I remembered to mention the Angie's
list customer discount and questioned(politely -:)  ) that if the
spring's due for replacement was detectable on his first visit.  He gave me a $45 discount pleasantly. 
Victor was easy to work with and funny and like to show of his limited Chinese words. 

I've used Arrow in the past, so I didn't hesitate to call again.  Doug is an experienced pro when it comes to your garage door.  I'll definitely use him again if I need help with my garage door, and I'll recommend him to anyone that needs a pro.

Just superb.  I have used them in the past -- extremely responsive, extremely efficient, and extremely polite.  The price they tell you is the price you pay.

I called Doug to take a look at my Garage Door.  We decided to replace it so he gave me a quote and  a brochure for my wife to review. She selected the replacement and made an appointment to have it installed.
 Doug showed up promptly on time and removed my old door and installed my new door in 4 hours. *****

I called Arrow on a Saturday afternoon.  My called was returned on Monday and Doug came out on Tuesday morning.  He quickly determined that it needed to be replaced.  He ordered the opener and came back the next day to install it.  It took about an hour to install.  He was very professional and courteous.  I called him a couple of times after the installation with questions and he answered promptly.  Arrow also installs garage doors.  I will probably call Doug when we are ready for new doors.   I would highly recommend Arrow.

They did a great job! They were very prompt and reasonably priced.

Kids playing in the garage with door kept open did something to the red safety hook hanging from the garage door. Once I closed my garage door it would not open again. I checked that the door wasnt engaging with the chain. I tried what I could but did not work. So I searched and called this company - primarily to replace the garage door opener (I thought it was broken). Got an appointment for the next day and a reasonable quote. Doug showed up on time. He came with the new garage door opener. He took a look and upon inspection found that the latch on the garage door was twisted out of proportion. He tweaked it back with his tools and that made the latch engage with the change. He also lubed my door rollers. He was happy to see my door working even though it meant that he wouldnt get to do a bigger job of installing a new opener. Would definitely call him next time I have a problem with garage door!
