Excellent people [ Rodney,John,Chris,Geread and owner Mario] each was professional and gave me full explanations of their work. I hired them because they are" Diamond Certified" and they showed why. I have full confidence that my issue with rodents is resolved. This was my first experience with this problem and I am very grateful I picked a quality company. They keep their appointments as scheduled. They had to crawl under my home plus in my attic to put in a new air vent screen and be sure there was no additional openings for rodents . The did trap and remove a rat. I am glad I hired them and would recommend this company to anyone with a similar problem. Bottom line--excellent results by competent people.

The technician was great. Prompt, understanding and thorough. But I want to add that the representative I dealt with most was Maria M. She was beyond helpful taking her time to explain all the ins and outs of our possible pest issue. She answered multiple questions over multiple phone calls... and we caped A LOT! Each time she was kind, knowledgeable, and overall a breath of fresh air in a sea of Google nonsense. We are so glad to have had the chance to speak with her before doing anything to our home.

The technician, Josh (I believe?), was very nice and professional. It was a pleasant experience and he even gave me some extra traps to use if needed. He even called a few days later to check to see if we'd seen any activity. Luckily, the answer was no :)

Paid a large sum to have them seal up the holes, set traps and remove rodents. The first go around the missed a bunch of holes and we had to have them come back. Directly After "warranty “period expired, we had more activity and found a huge hole behind the water heater that had never been addressed where they were entering. Technician said we had to pay another $500 on top of the $830 we already paid. I called the office and talked with Tony, she was nice and said they if there were holes they missed they would fix at no charge and she would send technician out. After 2 weeks of no follow I filially connected with Maria the office manager. She said they would not stand by the prior agreement and would charge for any additional follow up. Terrible service and rude office staff. Do yourself a big favor and find another company.

I tried my best to explain to you yes your warranty is one year. Great news your house was rodent free for 15 months. Sir if my team missed a spot the rodents would have never been locked out of the house for 15 months. Your statements leave out a lot of information we offered to fix the current damage for 50% less than our base price, set traps and do weekly follow-ups for 4-6 weeks our standard rodent service with one condition that you go on rodent maintenance so we can kill off any lingering rats around your home so they don't keep chewing on your home. That acts as an extended warranty when we do repairs and you would have NEVER pay for repairs again as long as your on Maint we include any repairs if a rodent chews through. Unfortunately, you didn't accept our offer instead choose to write half stories online but that's ok we have so many happy customers that referred to us, most people see through the smoke. They came out, looked around, and set traps where appropriate. The service was okay. I made the appointment a couple of days after I purchased the Big Deal. I had to cancel it because I couldn?t afford the whole thing. They wanted $650 up front to do the job thoroughly. We ended up cancelling again, because we had found another method, and the lady became angry with me. She was very disgruntled.
It was probably more my fault than anybody?s because I kind of pushed them off. I?m sure they are good for other things. They just didn?t suit us, and I couldn?t afford it anyway. We found another way dealing with the problem.

The services Mario performed were simply the most professional and competent that we've experienced in a pest control service. In the time he was on-site to do an assessment, he found pest entry points no one had ever discovered; sized up the situation, and took preventive measures. He exceeded our expectations.

The actual offer/deal: - Deal did cost $125. - I never received actual diagnosis of what needs to be done. The inspector gave me an estimate for around ~$1200. I don't remember exactly, but it was additional ~$200-300 for 1 year warranty. - Advice on future rodent entry points wasn't offered. - $125 credit was offered for future service.

The problem you have with us is that we don't give you the list of areas that need to be repaired. We did explain to you the main steps to becoming rodent free: 1. The inspection so we can give you a price to seal up your house 2. Would be to get you on the schedule for all the repairs and the next 4 -6 weeks of inspector followups and trap checks begin. If we do the repairs and miss something or something chews through we do the repairs at no additional charges to you and then we add as many trap checks to get you to rodent free. We offer an extended 1 year warranty on a job that costs 1200.00 we will cover any breakins by rodents for a full year. We don't require it as some companies do it's an option for peace of mind. I will explain to you why we don't provide our inspection details. 1. If we give you the details of the repairs and you do the work yourself and don't do them correctly we get blamed and 9 out of 10 times the repairs aren't done correctly or the wrong materials are used and rats chew right through them. 2. If we could afford to send a licensed tech to your home and spend nearly 1-2 hours investigating and giving you the report so you could do the work yourself we would not be charging you 125.00! The fee you paid is part of the repairs in this case your balance was 1125.00 since you prepaid the 125.00. Rodney and Ken were efficient and professional. I have a very busy life. I was deeply impressed that they showed up exactly when they said they would. Every time. They are obviously experienced and very knowledgeable. They did not try to up-sell me. They were also considerate of my home and my family. Every point of contact has been very helpful, informative and professional, from office staff to technicians. They have been able to accommodate our schedule with short wait times, and the owner even came himself within a few hours today when we thought we had activity. (We didn't. The first visit took care of the problem 100%.) We are using their monthly maintenance service now, and I would highly recommend them to others.

Mario was extremely responsive and professional. He came out right away when we called him about a skunk problem we were having. He set traps and promptly returned to retrieve the trapped animals. Overall all, we trapped and removed about 6 skunks and a raccoon. Mario has great knowledge and experience about animal behavior and how to eliminate the pests from coming into the yard. We are now happily skunk free!
