Really well, they cleaned the carpets in our rental unit along with the carpets in my home and our 21' sectional. Everything came out cleaner than expected! Nick and his wife were great to work with, both very professional and friendly,,,

Nick Martinelli and his wife were professional, friendly and performed an excellent job on my carpets. When they finished, the coffee stains were removed, pet smells gone, and my carpet looked new!

I needed carpet cleaning performed for new tenant move-in. Nic was so easy to work with, accommodating my narrow time frame. In spite of the holidays he worked my project in within a few days. He did a fantastic job of removing some terrible stains, was on time and performed services in a professional manner. Nic is friendly and genuinely interested in helping people w/their carpet cleaning needs. He is now my go to person for carpet cleaning.

It went great, he was punctual, called me when he was on the way. He assessed the carpets and set about spraying stains and got started quickly. He had all the rooms done in about two hours. They all turned out good for an old carpet that has been through many renters before us.

Carpets look great! There were some bad stains he wasn't able to get out, but the last carpet cleaners couldn't either. Communication was great, he was on time and very positive. We'd hire him again.

We had a black lab pass away in the middle of the night and it was a mess. Nic was able to come out the next day. The Sanitization and Pet Services did the job getting the nasty bodily fluids up and the smell out.

Made an appointment over text. Confirmed time and contacted me when he was on his way. Has great cleaning machine which removes all dirt out of house via hose. Which I like much more than the scrub it in method. The job was done quickly and professionally. I have used river carpet care for years and will continue to for many more.
