She was always open to going and seeing houses because I did a lot of the research myself.  She also explained a lot of things and if there were problems she would take care of it, and then tell us later what happened so that we did not have to be bothered with it or so that we wouldn't have to worry about it.  She would just take care of things for us. 

She is just a really nice person and very easy going and very personable.  We just meshed really well.  We did everything that she asked us to do to sell our home, and she said we were the only people that actually did what she asked them to do.  Because we did that, she hired someone on her own dime to stage the house and a professional photographer to take pictures to put on line.  She put in that extra effort and we had offers in two days.  It looked fabulous everyone thought it had been a flip because it looked so good.  She advised us on what kind of offer to make on the new home we bought.  She had so much more expertise than the other agent that we had before that was not as knowledgeable as Kristen was.  Her expertise actually helped us get the house we wanted and also helped us sell our home.  She was really knowledgeable and knew the tricks to get things done. 

I would recommend her to anybody.  She has been in the business for a very long time.  She could do the things that other people did not know how to do.  She advised us to overbid because she knew that when it was appraised it would appraise lower and we would be able to get the lower price.  Our bid got accepted because they usually take the higher bid, but we ended up not having to pay that much because the house was not worth that much.  Little tricks that work. We would definitely use her in the future if needed.
