High Performance Heating and Air

I was referred to this company through an associate as I was desperately trying to get an A/C technician out to a property  rental I manage after the A/C stopped working on 7/3. Between the holiday and very high temps, I could not get a hold of anyone over the long weekend. He was contacted on Sunday evening, said he needed to check his schedule on Monday AM, and returned a call on Monday AM with an appointment time that afternoon. He called me to let me know he would be about 10 minutes late for the appointment and was there as promised at the later time. It was so nice to have a specific appointment time and not a "window"!! He quickly assessed the situation, and within 30 minutes had it working again. I had previously had the unit serviced by another company and they had recommended the replacement of a main line conductor/capacitor, but the replacement had never materialized. I  asked Alex if he could replace that part while he  was there and he said he could. Within another 15 minutes or so, that part was replaced as well. The total service call cost was LESS than the quoted price of the part alone with the previous company!
I was extremely pleased with this company and would not hesitate to recommend him. He was professional, very reasonable, prompt, and courteous. An overall very satisfying experience.
