+ 0 moreIt went well as discussed during the job walk a week earlier. It was calendared a week in advance and it the appointment was kept by Joe Rangel (owner). The works was done with his apprentice in one day, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The work looks very professional and of high quality. Materials used were NEC approved for the intended use. The work area was left clean and free of debris. Joe communicated the work process clearly and effectively articulated some the choices I had available. Joe owns a hot tub himself so he provided with some operation tips and took the time to point out some important sections of the Owner's Manual.
Description of Work: Electrical connection (230v) for my new outdoor hot tub which required direct connection to main electrical panel in the front of the house. Run a 60-ft electrical line on the side of the house, under a wooden deck and under the ground, to the middle of the back yard and installed connection, emergency shut off panel and outdoor outlets. In addition, an outdoor outlet for patio lighting with a switch was installed to conveniently turn on/off outdoor lighting from the deck.

+ -1 moreThey were right on time. I had three rooms that the outlets were not working and expected to pay thousands of dollars for wall wiring. It took them five minutes to tell me that an outside outlet was stopping everything as moisture got in it. They could have done a ton of work but solved the problems with their experience and a minimal amount of cost to me. It is good to see honest people and I will definitely call them again!
