I called Economy Appliance Repair to try and get my washing machine fixed. They were pleasant on the phone, and the estimate was within reason, so I set an appointment for that Thursday. I waited all day, but they did not show up, nor did I receive a phone call either on that day or any day afterward. To my knowledge, they have completely forgotten this failure of commitment. The next day I called "The Washing Machine Man" who squeezed me in that same day and had the machine fixed in 1/2 hour.
