The hole for the pond was cut and some work was completed when we contracted to complete project. We asked that it be completed and to make it work correctly then finish with rocks but should change what was there to make it work correctly. A few months later the sides started to slide into the pond. We asked at the time if the rocks should be cemented into place on the sides and we were told that the way it was put in would hold. When we called to explain what happened many excuses were made such as it had rained an inch an hour, his weather records showed red and the rain caused the rocks to fall, he couldn't work on it in poor weather, too cold to work. It did not rain an inch an hour and the rain did not cause the rocks to fall. We called him three different times and each time had the same excuses. He did not offer to look at it and said it wasn't good when he started project, even though we told him to fix it right and correct anything that needed to be done. He never returned to our pond project. Many of the rocks he placed have fallen into the pond and need to be replaced.
