+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCE MY WIFE & I HAD WITH PHOENIX SPAS DID NOT START OFF VERY GOOD. WE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING AHOLD OF A SUPERVISOR WHEN WE ASKED FOR ONE & NEVER RECEIVED CALLS BACK AT TIMES. HOWEVER, ONCE WE WERE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH A MANAGER, THINGS SEEMED TO GO PRETTY SMOOTH.
Description of Work: PHOENIX SPAS WAS HIRED BY MY WIFE & I TO INSTALL OUR SPA, WHICH WE HAD PURCHASED FROM THEM. THE COMPANY WAS TO DELIVER THE SPA & INSTALL IT AT A LOCATION WHICH MY WIFE & I SET UP BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP. THE COMPANY WAS A LITTLE LATE IN SHOWING UP, BUT WAS ABLE TO INSTALL IT IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
