Mike found that the previous owners had an inefficient duct system for a 5 ton unit that would not have passed inspection. To relieve the pressure the previous owners apparently placed a duct to nowhere under the house, losing cool air and money and making the system completely inefficient and costly.
Mike took the time and effort to completely correct the old system, adding three more ducts to the home so even a 3 ton system would pass the inspection and function as the energy star system it was designed to be.
This wasn't an easy job because of the shoddy work that had been previously done. Mike was patient, professional, and used his extensive knowledge of AC units to replace the system and give me the energy star system I wanted.
I greatly appreciate Mike's attention to detail, the fact that he honors his word, and his high degree of knowledge that allowed him to fix a broken system.
I would definitely recommend his work and would use him in the future.
