Quick to respond, very professional, high quality. But very, very expensive.

The crew did an excellent job. Very professional..answered all my questions. They checked for any rotten areas, replaced anything that was needed. did a good clean up. They tightened all the gutters and brought roof up to code. The roofing materials are of good quality and reasonably priced (Malarkey). The crew worked long hours in very hot weather to make sure that the roof was replaced properly and leak-free. The office crew were very polite and answered my questions very professionally. The estimator did an excellent job of noticing what needed to be replaced/repaired and presented that in the proposal. I would use Harbert again.

They did reroofing and it was an excellent job for a reasonable price.

My mother obtained several bids from roofing companies and felt quite comfortable dealing with this business.

 

Mr. Harbert scheduled an appointment to assess the job, arrived on time and followed up with a bid in a timely manner. 

 

Once the bid was accepted, he scheduled the job and when the rains disrupted the time line he let her know that she would be rescheduled the following week if the weather allowed.    

 

The work crew showed as schedule and completed a VERY satisfactory job.   They were courteous,  efficient and did remarkable clean-up after themselves.  Other than a new roof, you would almost not even know that they were there. 

 

We have nothing negative to say about this company and would hire them again without hesitation.

5-7-12 The roofers started on time, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves daily. Owner kept in touch with us, and inspected the quality of the job. The city inspector commented on the quality of the job and the company. We could't be happier with the result!Ridge vents are absolutely worth having!

They were very efficient. They came out and got my roof done in two days. I had more people come and give me estimates but they were the best and that's why I used them.

It was a good experience working with this company. We have had no problems with the work since.
