I had a very serious problem a few weeks ago. My computer would not connect to the internet at all. Get IT On had decent response time, a couple days, and got the job done in under 2 hours. Very satisfied. The owner Alexander is young but very professional and knowledgeable. If he doesn't know something he will learn it and get back with you.
