Inspector found a few things that needed to be fixed and came back with a huge estimate. It should be illegal for pest inspectors to inspect and also perform the corrections because they will always find something wrong. Work was hired out to a private contractor (for a fraction of the cost) and completed but when Big Time came back to inspect it wasn't done good enough for them so the contractor ...
