Y K PAINTING

I was thrilled with the work of Y.K. Painting, when they painted the inside of my house. I plan to hire them again later to paint the outside of my house. They had to repair the horrible work of another painting company that I had to fire half-way through the job. It cost me extra to sand off the other painter’s drips from the textured drywall, etc., but Mr. Yong Kim discussed with me ahead of time exactly how he could approach it, and we came to easy agreement. His workers were fast, careful and did exactly as promised. The other painter had tossed my vertical blinds across a kitchen island, hanging off the edge and bending and damaging them. Y.K. Painting carefully accordion-folded every window blind, and placed them flat on a brick hearth, where they were then covered with plastic. The other painter got lots of sprayed and dripped paint on my wood floors, tile grout, and hardware. Y.K. Painting carefully removed that paint, and cut-in proper edges by hand. The owner was polite and quick to respond, and so were his crews. The owner came to my jobsite himself, repeatedly, and even helped remove some of the other painter's overspray. Y.K. did an outstanding job of retexturing where they repaired holes. They had to cover up very dark colors with white. From the first day to the last, they did a great job of masking and painting. At the final walk-through, I found 3 little places I wanted touched up, and they instantly fixed them. The home was 2000 square feet, built in 1955 and newly purchased by me. The painting price was reasonable, the work was excellent, and I highly recommend them.
