Rick called in a timely manner.  He showed up in a timely manner. His diagnosis was, I believe, very honest.  This was my first experience with "Angie's List" and if the other contractors are like Rick/Wolff Appliance, it's the best money I ever spent joining. I would highly recommend.

Mr. Wolff is my go-to man for any of my appliances, including washer, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. He also does light plumbing. He is a great guy. He is very honest and he shows up when he says. He calls me back. He is a good guy. I've used him consistently over the last 3 years. It has all been great quality. He is trustworthy. I leave him a check and he leaves the broken parts to show me and all is good. He is reliable and does what he says. He is brighter than the average bear.

He shows up when he says he is going to show up. Typically he diagnosis the problem before he gets here and he is correct. For example, my oven door fell off and he came over. He said, well, it is supposed to do that so you can clean the oven. So, as long as I'm here and have to charge you a service call so is there anything else I can do for you. I had him go downstairs and look at my heater and he said that I needed a better filter holder. He had that built, came back, installed it, and brought me extra filters. He is a prince of fairness and goes above and beyond.
If I call him he usually gets back with me within 8 to 12 hours.
