We Do Solar started off small, completing projects within the Orange County area, but have more recently expanded to service our clients in the Los Angeles, San Diego, and Riverside areas. We have a strong background in the residential and commercial areas having worked on custom homes, apartment buildings, and all other Solar System areas. We offer very competitive pricing and find that it's extremely important to put a strong emphasis on customer service. We want our customers to be happy and comfortable with the final product and understand that, in working with homes and businesses, consistency, reliability and perfection are key.

Two electricians from ETI came to my home about 9:30. The appointment was originally between 8 and 9 but they called me to let me know they were running late. I appreciated the call so I wasn't just waiting around.
A ceiling fan in my downstairs bedroom wasn't working properly. One of the guys, Donny fixed it so that I am now able to control the light with one wall switch and the fan with another wall switch. I am very pleased with this part of the work.
The second fan which was in one of my upstairs bedrooms wasn't working as well. A friend and I installed it incorrectly and it didn't really ever work properly. There was also a problem with the circuit breaker that it was hooked up to which when you would turn on both the light and the fan it would trip the breaker. The other electrician (forgot his name) told me that I needed a new breaker (which was not part of the cost and was an extra $25). I asked him if it needed to be replaced and he told me yes so I agreed to have him replace it. I just assumed he would fix the fan that wasn't working. Good thing I asked because he didn't. I told him that the main reason I had them come out was to fix the 2 fans.
He and Donny went back upstairs to work on the other fan. After several attempts and a popping noise the motor portion of the ceiling fan was shot. The light still worked but then again it worked before I had them come out.
Overall, I am mixed in my review. On the one hand it makes me happy that the downstairs ceiling fan is now operative. On the other hand I am bummed out about the one upstairs and now I have to buy a new ceiling fan to replace it. It is probably my fault to begin with as I know my friend and I most likely installed it incorrectly to begin with. This is why it pays to have the professionals do it in the first place!
On the bright side of things, Donny did offer to come back and help me install my new fan. He said he felt bad about what happened.
Overall would I recommend ETI to my friends/neighbors? The answer is yes, as long as Donny is there. He had a great attitude and would definitely go the extra mile!

He was very friendly. My only complaint is that after researching a problem...he didn't put things back. He didn't screw things back to their original place. That was disappointing because my husband had to do it. Attention to detail is my suggestion.

He came out and I was promised 2 hours of work. He was very nice and did a really good job but he left about 50 minutes before the time was up, because he didn’t have the necessary equipment on the truck.

It was great! I'm sorry I don't remember his name but the man that came out was very polite and professional. He installed a motion light switch in our guest bath, a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and a ceiling fan in the den all in 2 hours. I was very please with the work and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I called the vendor and told him I wanted to buiy Angies Big Deal and needed a ceiling fan in the living room. I told him it was a high ceiling and I did not hav a "box" or wiring and he said no problem. I scheduled the installation within a couple of days, the installer was prompt, professional, friendly, and very efficient. He finished the work in 90 minutes. I liked it so well that I bought another fan and had it installed in the bedroom. Two other installers arrived promptly, and with the same efficiency and professionalism, quickly got the job done.
I would certainly recommend ETI Services, Inc. and would use them again.
