Ben responded to our online inquiry quickly and helped resolve our electrical issues in less than an hour. He went the extra mile with his service to ensure all work areas were cleaned up when he finished and that the small details (light plates put on correctly and level!) were handled. Will use Volt Tech Electric again for future electrical needs!

I hired this guy to fix the power to my bedroom. His price was high but I needed it done asap. He came over and went into the attic. After about 10 minutes I heard a really a big noise. He called me to the back to show me the big hole his foot made in my ceiling. He told me he had a guy who could come fix it he went back up to try to figure out the problem. After about 15 minutes he came down packed up his things and told me he'd come back to fix the hole and get some more equipment to diagnose the problem. I haven't been able to reach him since. I later discovered all the insulation he tore out and the heater ducts he broke. DON'T HIRE THIS GUY!!

Ben and his crew are knowledgable and professional. They started work right away and completed major work the same day. Switching out all outlets and switches inside and outside home took another day.. During these COVID-19 times the crew practiced safety standards at all times. Our Power was down for about 4 hours but backup power was provided which enabled us to continue working from home without any long periods of interruption. Ben took time up front to explain the job and what would be done along with costs and time frame, There were no surprises and we are happy with the work performed. We would recommend Volt Tech Electric and use them again.

Ben was very respectful and clean. He came out immediately from 45 miles away all at 8 o clock at night and worked until 11:30. He's definitely my new go to electrician.

I needed a smoke alarm repair to be done at my home. I had called volt tech electric spoke to Ben he gave me a reasonable price over the phone and was able to come out the very same day. He was properly equipped with a face mask on and was able to fix my smoke alarm quickly. Very nice and clean will definitely use volt tech electric for my future electric problems.

I contacted Volt Tech Electric as they had performed previous work 6/2019. Techs arrived and did an evaluation and immediately determined problem was a switch need to be changed for a fan previously installed. The techs completed the job quickly. I would contact company again for future needs.

Electricians showed up and knew exactly what needed to be done after initial free evaluation. Work was done through out the house timely and with expertise. Also was able to get air conditioning work done with same company and additional technician. I would recommend this company as work was done by professional knowledgeable workers at reasonable price.

Ben and his crew did a great job and performed as promised. Installing a ceiling and and replacing two wall switches. They were on time and quick. Ben worked around my schedule and kept me informed as to when they would be there. A+

Arrived promptly at 8 AM - evaluated - provided proposal - returned at 3 PM with materials and finished up at 7:30 P.M. the same day (Team of three - led by Ben). Ben patiently "listened" to my electrical problem history pertaining to past creative "Handyman" wiring in my Mothers home (scary) and listened to which appliances would typically overload and trip a circuit breaker - eventually burning out an associated plug outlet or frying a section of improperly connected wiring to a junction box. Ben responded by checking for signs of improper wiring in all rooms including the garage and attic. He eventually discovered a high risk problem area "inside the wall" behind a junction box in the garage. Even though it was late in the day (when most people would just ignore it and go home) - his obvious "personal pride in his work" took over and he stayed another 45 minutes (longer than expected) to investigate and correct what could have been a serious future problem - at no extra charge.

Initially there was discussion of additional payment, but the job itself was completed very quickly and professionally.
