Villa Anaheim Senior Apartments

It is a really nice facility. They got a lovely clubhouse. It has a nice big room. There is a TV room and a little library. They have a lot of activities there. They got dates that you have to have your key to get in. The apartments are fairly small, almost all of them are one-bedroom. There are a handful of two bedrooms, but they are just right for a single person or even a retired couple. It is rent controlled. They have some sort of special deal with the state. It is a lovely facility. It is kind of semi-circular shaped, and they got a whole lot of individual buildings that holds the upstairs. It is only two-stories high. There is an elevator for the second floor. They come through a survey-kind a year. They look over and make sure everything is good, and they are in the process of re-doing the whole place. They had redone the outside, painted, and cleaned up. They had termite tipped the whole place, put in new appliances, carpets, and flooring. They do keep the place up really well. The landscape is really clean. It is a really nice place to live in.
