URENO TREE SERVICE

Unsafe Practices & Poor Customer Service I had a very concerning experience with Ureno Tree Service. They completely blocked a bike path, creating a major safety hazard for cyclists. This is a serious OSHA violation, and it put riders at risk. I reached out to their office and requested a callback from the owner, but despite multiple attempts, my concerns were dismissed. This level of disregard for public safety and customer feedback is unacceptable. Irvine residents, I encourage you to speak up about this issue so that companies operating in our city prioritize safety and accountability.

These guys are great. Their prices are very fair. We have used them for years to trim our palm trees. We finally got tired of having to have them trimmed every year, so we had them remove these two huge palm trees. They had them cut down in no time, were very careful with our other surrounding plants, and cleaned up pretty well. If I had any complaint, it's probably that I think they could do a little better job with the clean up, but overall I give them an "A". We have referred them to friends and family many times and everyone has been pleased.

These are our and quot;go toand quot; guys for tree trimming and removal service. We've used them for years. We used to have 2 HUGE Washingtonian palm trees in our backyard, and a very difficult neighbor next door. Ureno's crew would come and trim them every year, clean up our yard and the difficult neighbor's yard as well. We finally decided to cut them down, and they were the guys we called. They are always on time, and do a pretty good job of cleaning up (if I had any complaint it would be that they could probably do a little better on that part). Their prices are very fair and we have referred family members to them as well. I would definitely recommend them.

They give excellent service. The re-shaping they did on my 100 year old tree was wonderful. They cleaned up every last bit afterwards.

Great. The workers arrived on time, did their work and cleaned up afterward. I have used Ureno Tree Service for many years and have never been disappointed. They have in the past removed an enormous pine tree for me. They also removed, in the past, a huge palm tree near the property line which was growing very near both our house and also our neighbors house and there were no problems.

Three workers showed up on time. After climbing each tree they has to cut off each palm leaf. Once down to the trunk they were able to cut trunks near the ground and have trunks safely fall to where they had planed. Cut up downed trunks into movable sections to feed into their chipping machine. Used stump grinder to remove stumps then cleaned up before leaving.

Angel is great to work with. I have never been disappointed, in the 10 years I have been with him. Just renewed my Angie's list suscription and had not yet entered my feedback for this service.

THE FICUS TREE WAS NEXT TO MY FISH POND, AND I WAS VERY CONCERNED ABOUT DAMAGE.A CREW OF THREE SHOWED UP RIGHT ON SCHEDULE, DID THE WORK VERY QUICKLY, CLEANED UP, AND DROVE OFF INTO THE SUNSET.

When they were scheduled to come trim two trees (a palm and a large avocado), they didn't show up. I spent several hours waiting, called and left messages, and got no response. They came a few days later while I was at work, without contacting me, and without Angel, and trimmed the tree in the front yard. It was too late in the day to do the rest of the job, and they were unable to go in the backyard anyways (I have dogs, this is why they were originally scheduled on a day when I would be home). The crew did their work well, but I was very frustrated with the lack of consideration and communication regarding the scheduling. Now I will start all over and hire a different company to finish the job by trimming the tree in the back yard.

They did a good, quick job trimming the tree and cleaning up. There were minor communication problems getting the job lined up.

GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY CAME IN, DID THE JOB AND MOVED ON. THE JOB WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB, I JUST HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM. I HAD TO CALL TWO DIFFERENT TIMES TO SEE WHEN THEY WERE COMING. WE HAD A BIT OF A CHALLENGE GETTING THEM OUT HERE. WHEN THEY WERE HERE, THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY TRIMMED VERY QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
