This company was amazing! I had hired another company earlier but their cleaning standards were not as high as mine so I called Unique Magic. I am so glad I did. They deep cleaned everything to perfection. Including inside and outside oven and refrigerator, shutters, cabinets, baseboards, windows, doors, floor and tile grout and even pulled out the appliances and cleaned behind them. Wow! Everything looked beautiful- even sparkled. Not only did they do excellent work, they were professional, efficient and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them and look forward to using their services again.

Marisol and her team were the best cleaners I've had during my time in Yorba Linda. I hired her after my previous cleaners became sloppy with their work and left my home unlocked! Unique Magic cleaned my home twice a week (I have several pets) and always did a fantastic and thorough job. There were even some fun surprises like making my tea kettle and coffee pots sparkle! The same people cleaned my house every week and were alsways very flexible with me when needed. My family just moved out and I also had Unique Magic do the post move clean out. Wow! They worked so hard and made the place look amazing (garages and all)! It really took a lot off of my plate during a stressful time. I hope I can find someone just as good on the east coast!

High Level Customer Service- I give Unique Magic Cleaning Service a 5/5 for customer service. I spoke with the owner Marisol and she was very thorough on explaining what exactly I would be getting. My reason for going with her was that they specialize in "DEEP CLEANING" vs."GENERAL/LIGHT CLEANING. The two cleaners that came in to the house were also very nice and started right away. The owner even gave a followup phone call to ask how the service was.  My house is a 4bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. The cleaners took from 9am to 230pm cleaning the house. That is about 5.5 hours of total cleaning.

• Inside of fridge and freezer were spotless 
• Top Kitchen counter and Fan were cleaned spotless
• They even took the extra effort to vacuum and clean under furniture and beds and shelves in bedrooms.
• Organized and cleaned bookcase
• The cabinets were scrubbed to perfection. I am not even kidding. There was about 3 years of gunk on it and they scrubbed each cabinet like they were teeth and were squeaky clean. 
• The shower was disgusting but after they went to work and showed me the AFTER I was blown away. ALL mold was gone and they even scrubbed the top ceiling which NO OTHER cleaners would even touch. 

Post Cleanup We let the owner Marisol know that the overall results were OUTSTANDING. The house overall was FLAWLESS compared to the original state. I have had other cleaners come in for 10 or 15 dollars cheaper but do not even compare to how these guys do the jobs. 

As far as recommendations Unique Magic’s are more expensive then your usual house cleaner BUT it is worth every penny. They stay until the job is done and not hourly or try to finish everything within 2 hours and then leave even thought the house was not clean.  I loved their cleaning very much so, that i will be using these guys again!!! Every two weeks to be exact. Good job with cleaning the overall house.

Marisol and Renaldo have been cleaning for me for many years. They also clean for my mother, my son and his wife and a very good friend. They do a great job every single time. They are also loving people. They keep an eye on my mother who is 91. They help my 84 year old friend who is very crippled. They do so many wonderful things for all of us that it's hard to list them all.

I can always count on unique magic cleaning service to come and do anything upon request and they are very reliable too. Very kind people as well, and i recommend them to anyone who is looking for a cleaning service.

I have been working this company for nearly 6 years now I've had no issues of any sort with them they started with a deep cleaning in my house came for two days in a row to finish up the project and I booked them for further services I have been very happy with them they are extremely friendly also pet friendly. It's a husband and wife working together sometimes they bring one or two more people to help clean and I have no problem with that they are also friendly and are as good as when Marisol and Reynaldo come themselves. They have their very own supplies and cleaning products. They are so professional! Book them now!
