We decided on a shed the same day and the delivery was scheduled for two days later. Two men arrived on time and began work. They worked without stopping and completed building the shed within a short period of time. We encountered a problem during installation because the shed was too big and was set between two trees. When you are ordering make sure that your original measurements are equal with the final order written.
After the men left we were unhappy with the shed touching the trees and the way the shed was braced. I immediately called the sales associate and told him of my concerns. He said that once one of the trees was moved the shed could also be moved a few inches from the other tree. There seemed to be some concern as to who's fault it was that the shed was too big and who would have to pay for the move. That of course didn't sit well with me. Once the tree was moved we were given a new date that the guys would come out again. We waited the whole afternoon and noone came.
I called again and this time I spoke to the general manager. He was very nice but he too had the concern about who was going to pay for the move. He told me that he would call me back right away as soon as he finds out why the men didn't show up. He also said he would let me know when the guys would be back to move the shed and reblock the shed with adequate concrete blocks.
He did call back as promised and we still had to discuss who was going to pay. At that point I said "I don't care who pays, just get the job done." The guys came out the next day early in the morning and spent less than an half an hour to move the shed and reblock it. I never got a bill for that service. The manager called later and asked if I was satisfied and if there was anything else he could do.
The shed is beautiful and the quality of construction is superior. The roof has actual shingles and the ouside is painted with quality paint. The inside has a number of strong shelves. The door is solid with a secure lock. The shed is vented adequately. We are very happy with this shed and the problems that we had with installation could have been handled differently.
