It was a pleasure working with David's team at Total Protection. They are very focused on customer service and providing a great customer experience. I am very particular with quality and attention to detail, and the Total Protection team delivered.... including the administrative staff in the office and the technicians at our home. A first rate job.
Our home is unconventional in design and the pre-existing security wiring was challenging to work with. Total Protection's technician who visited during the bidding process spent much time with me, answered many detailed questions and left no stone unturned. When he left I had a great deal of confidence in his knowledge and in their organization.
When he and his colleague returned for the job, they continued to impress. Prompt, clean, responsive and dedicated. As with every job, unique issues arose and each was methodically investigated and resolved. I can't say enough about the quality of their work.
If you are considering a new/upgraded security system, please consider this company. After years of dealing with that other huge security company (of very mediocre quality), Total Protection is a refreshing change. I highly recommend them!
