We only recommend the primary treatments in your home and those are whole structure fumigation with Vikane gas and Termidor Perimeter treatment for subterranean and drywood termites. We highly recommend Termidor localized treatment instead of Orange Oil due to the fact that Termidor has a Fipronil active ingredient (Transfer Effect) that the other chemical doesn't have.We also specialized in Boracare Whole House Foaming Method (2006 Overall Grand Prize in National Green Building conference) wherein we inject this foam into your interior and exterior walls protecting your entire structure from termites,carpenter ants,wood boring beetles,cockroaches and wood decay. "Mr. [Member Name Removed] purchased a "one-time $79 Pest Treatment" on April 6,2017 for his rental property at Moreno Valley. It took a while to schedule the treatment with the tenants; hence, TermiGONE was only able do the one-time treatment on April 13, 2017. Mr. [Member Name Removed] called for a second service on May 1, 2017 . He was informed that there was a heavy infestation of black widows in his rental property and he was advised the property needed a regular follow up. Mr. [Member Name Removed] refused. Out of courtesy, we provided treatment again on May 24, 2017 for FREE. Of note, on both occasions, our technician patiently waited for 45 minutes for the tenants to leave the property. The tenant called on June 16th requesting another follow up. They were advised to talk to Mr. [Member Name Removed], the owner, because the service that Mr. [Member Name Removed] purchased was for a one-time treatment only. We only provided a second treatment out of courtesy. The tenant said she talked to Mr. [Member Name Removed] and he refused to purchase another treatment. She was advised that without Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s consent, we cannot provide another treatment. Or they may purchase the service for themselves. There is evidently a miscommunication between the tenant and owner in regards to what has been done and how often for this comment to have been made. It is rather unfair that we have provided service above and beyond (2 treatments for a one-time treatment coupon) what was purchased and we were given such poor review."
