Description of Work: They inspected for termites and dry rot damage on my 20 yr old home. Josh was incredible and professional. Unfortunately I had to have several lengths of facia and 6 corbels replaced. They replaced them like new!!! Their cost was reasonable, based on my discussion with my brother who is in home remodeling in the Phoenix area.

+ -1 moreTeamwork Termite did an amazingly thorough job. They let us know where they found termites and the extent of the damage, and also pointed out other issues like dry rot that needed attention. The provided a map of the house and specified any area that needed attention. When it came time to determine what work we wanted to proceed with, it was easy to follow the map and list of issues to choose what issues we wanted to prioritize. The inspector answered every question. The man who came out to do the work was extremely nice and professional and finished faster than estimated. The work was very neat - no mess, and both employees were prompt and courteous.
Description of Work: We needed our house inspected for termites since it has been awhile.
