Luis, owner of Superior Fence,  promptly responded to our request for pricing. He came out and measured and provided us with a quote on the spot. He was very personable and efficient. Pricing was reasonable and the reviews were excellent, so we all agreed to hire Superior Fence for our project. The crew arrived on time each day and worked steadily until sundown.  We were all very pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism of the crew.  We're all glad we chose Superior Fence and would definitely recommend them.

Contacted Superior Fencing and Luis came out that day and promptly gave us a bid. We scheduled the install and they were here early  at 8:00am to demo the old fencing and to install galvanized posts. The crew arrived around 10:00am to install the fencing and build a double sided gate. Work was done efficiently and in a professional manner. I would recommend Superior Fencing to my friends and family.

Two men showed up and completed all the work in one day.  I had a small job.  They left me with some spare pickets and responded to calls even after the work was done concerning some warranty information.

Absolutely Fabulous! He did a beautiful job! Workers dug up the posts, carried away and put in new posts. Also painted the fence black. Luise Andrade was fabulous!

we asked Luis for estimates on several types of fences. He came out immediately and measured the lot. Several days later, he brought us estimates on various types of vinyl and wood. When he mentioned that he also did block walls, we asked for estimates on that. Eventually, we decided we preferred wood on our small lot. We initialed his estimate, added a few hundred more for a second small gate, and he was out the next week. They completed the fence in three days, as promised, for the amount promised. They cleaned up every day. The workers were polite and hard working. The finished product is gorgeous. The large gate was quite large and they built a steel frame to keep it from sagging. Threw in doorknobs and security latches. We're more than pleased.

Everything went fine from beginning to end. No complaints.

I have used this company many times in the past and have forgotten to write up my great experiences with them. This latest endvor was to add perimeter fencing. The perimeter fencing mostly chainlink fencing with the most expensive part being beautiful steel reinforced vynal fencing for the front of the property that included 2 electric motors with keypad entry. Luis was fantastic. He was there for every part of the job, checking and re-checking everything. When a problem arose with one of his subcontractors, he made sure that the issue was resolved and even went to the trouble of having 2 others come by and double check the work to make sure we were ok and on track. He went to extreme to make sure that not only I was happy with the results, but it would also be completely ready -- actually better than ready for the fire department - for the lock box. After a week of everything being completed, he called me back to make sure that I was completely happy with the results. I highly recommend this company. They are great and work in a timely manner. All his workers were courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. All during the job and now, I have people stopping by to compliment the fencing and to ask who completed the job. I'm only happy to tell them.

After repeated calls to the company's Answering service (with no response), I called the cell phone number listed in the ad and spoke to Luis Andrade (the owner). On 3/27/12, Luis came to my residence and gave me an estimate. His price was significantly lower than the estimates I received. (He stated that it was a great price, because he wanted and quot;to keep his crews working.and quot;)

On 4/2/12, I called to tell him that I was waiting for one more estimate, but I was leaning towards him. He told me that because of the price he quoted, the estimate was only good for 10 days.

On 4/3/12, I called to tell him that I was going with his company. He responded by saying that he wasn't sure when they could do the work and said he would call me back later in the day. When he called back and said he couldn't do the job, I told him that I had about a month in which I needed the job completed. I reiterated that I was within the 10 days time limit (he verbally stated) and I expected the price would be honored. He then asked if I had the Building Permit, to which I responded that I had been preliminarily approved. The City of Anahim requires both the homeowner and Contractor's name and Lic #. I told them once we agreed, I would go to City Hall that day! After sounding exasperated, he said and quot;find someone elseand quot; and hung up!

I can only surmise that once work picked up in his company, he was unwilling to honor his estimate! Very unprofessional.
