Service from store visit to installation was great experience. Communication done mostly by text massage. Appointment dates were never changed and always on time. Was offered appointments sooner than arranged and asked if appoint would fit my schedule. Installation had no issues. Waited several weeks to write review to confirm installation did not move or settle. Pleased with results and service.

Stonesmith provided excellent service and product. We did our fabricated kitchen counters with them. Randy (owner) is no BS. He’s a straight shooter. He’s not a pushy salesman. There are no hidden costs. He will get you exactly what you ask for at a fair price. His fabrication team is great as well. They were more than accommodating when working with us to figure out our layout (we did counters with veins) and fabricated it perfectly. On the day of the install they arrived promptly, worked diligently, were clean, and delivered excellent finished kitchen counters. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Stonesmith and found them to be the best price, easiest to work with, and having finished the job with them find their work exceptional. To anyone looking to do a similar job...do your research, be sure of what you want, make sure you are assertive enough to articulate it, and work with a reliable contractor like Stonesmith. Will definitely engage them in future projects.

After a disaster unprofessional contractor that cut our first quartz wrong. I did my research & due diligence. Stonesmith/Randy was super responsive replying both to my emails & texts (there where many! :) Randy answered all my questions and kept me informed and reassured that his crew was familiar in doing undermount sinks and "waterfall" edges. The crew was very professional and polite. The quartz install looks fantastic!

I initially got a quote from Randy to demo my existing countertops and install new granite. Before we chose the material we decided to go with quartz instead and Randy quickly provided an updated quote for the different material at a price that I thought was very fair. We arranged an install date and they came in and did the job in one day. The countertops look great. We are very pleased with the quality of the work.

It went well. Communication was a bit difficult, and the stone supplier was less than easy to work with, but we got it done. My biggest issue was that the price list was very incomplete and outdated. It only contained about 20% of the stone options available at the supplier. It took some guess work to pick a granite and know approximately what the price would be.

Everything went well. They did a very good job. We're very pleased with it. Our backsplash was tied where our electrical outlets were and we had a problem with that so we had to pay somebody to come and fix that. We're very pleased with the work. They had a hard time finding us but they made it here on time, and got it done that day. We had to pay $250 but we didn't do that until after they were done with the work. They worked in the yard but that was our choice. We had a lot of dust but it was outside on the lawn. They weren't sure when they were supposed to be here. The guy called us and we were still finishing our breakfast that morning and they said they were outside, but they really weren't because the guy had to go get something. He went to the wrong house. By the time they got here, it was about the time we had scheduled, but then they were communicating with us the whole time. He was going to come and then he forgot something. The guy responsible should have given them the right address and time. Other than that, they were very polite and professional, and took care of it properly. We didn't know anybody to come fix our electrical. They said we could use the garbage disposal but they don't do that and that's part of their liability because they have to be electricians to do those things. It was a lot of work and they did a great job. His responsiveness was fine because he texted me on my cell, so I always stayed on top of what was going on. We had a little problem with their punctuality. There was a little miscommunication there between them and the other guy, not between them and us because we had everything set up. They just kind of got confused somewhere. They were good.

Very well! We needed quick turn-around because another contractor had backed out. Stonesmith looked at our project and figured out a much less expensive way to do it with quartz that was just the color we wanted, and did the work on time with a great deal of professionalism. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with.

Horrible!! Picked out my slabs and they needed to be held for about 5 weeks. I was assured that this would not be a problem and the day before the slabs were suppose to be installed I received a text message from the owner that the slabs were sold to someone else after we already paid for them! The owners solution was for me to simply go pick out new slabs when the slab yard then had an limited selection of the stone we wanted (extremely difficult if you are going with a natural stone). I ended up asking for a refund... So disappointing.

Based on his Angie's list reviews, I decided to use him for a bathroom vanity counter top.  I went to his shop to pick out the quartz top.  His supplier did not have my first choice in stock, so I went with my second choice.  Once the vanity was in place, his team came out to measure including for side and back splashes and for the sink cut outs and faucet holes.  They returned in a week to install the top and sinks.  The end result is very good.
All went well.  My only complaints are he did not get back to me on a few items when he said he would, and his team showed up to do measurements without confirming the date or time.  Since the residence is in a gated community and I don't yet live there, I had to scramble to get them access to the house.
I would use Stonesmith again and would recommend him to others.
