So I paid $630 to have my vents cleaned. The cleaner on the way out left all my lights on, ac running full blast with the windows open, and then left my side door to my garage open. Why did he do that? I told him to lock the front door on the way out so he decided to lock himself inside the house and then go out the side instead of just walking through the front door and locking behind him. This is a vacant property and he left it in this state for almost 2 days. Stanley Steamer refunded $10 as an apology. I also found a mouse in my garage so I don’t know if him leaving the side garage door open led to me having a pest infestation now. Sure glad $10 covers all that right?

I had them before. Its very easy to schedule online. They always show up in the window of the time that they give you. They are careful when they come in. They wear coverings over their shoes when they do your carpets. I am happy with their service.

They are good and they are careful. They are professional but they are always trying to get you to do other things like cleaning the couch, etc.., always asking to do more stuff. Other than that they are good. I like them too because they make the carpets smell good.

They described what they would be doing and the expected price of the services.  They moved the necessary furniture, placed padding under the heavy items to protect our furniture and carpet. Very thorough job.  In giving us our final receipt they mad recommendations to help us keep our carpets clean. Gave us some ideas on ways to save money for future carpet cleaning.

Stanley Steemer does a lot of advertising on T.V. so I thought I would give them a try.
I have been in property management in the past so I have more experience with carpet cleaners than the average person.
I will never hire Stanley Steemer again.  It was a joke, during the whole time they were here they kept trying to up sell me for grout cleaning...  First the carpet they steam cleaned was no cleaner when they left than when they came in.  The carpet had very little moisture on it.  My cat did throw up and I used Natures Miracle to remove the stain and it left a bleach spot on my carpet.  He did explained to me that he would not be able to remove it and I accepted that.  I had a couple of small areas that needed cleaning and it wasn't any cleaner after they left.  In a different room I had a spot that was the size of a quarter and asked them to steam clean the spot  but they said they couldn't unless I pay them more money so I said forget it.
The only thing they did clean was a spot in my vehicle which I paid extra for.  
I could of complained and I guess they would come back in 30 days but if they couldn't get it right the first I don't think they would get it right the second time.

They didn’t put the foam feet under the furniture, and it felt like they were trying to rush the service. They were in and out very quickly. I paid extra for the pet deoderizer treatment and they didn't really do a good job with it. It was slightly deoderized, but not like what I've had in the past from them.

Stanley Steemer called ahead and actually came early.  The workmen were polite and quick.  One large cushion had noticeable stains that were completely removed when cleaned.  The crew did a very good job. My only hesitation to give the company all high rankings was that I clearly needed assistance in moving the two pieces cleaned, but they didn't offer to help.  Overall, the company was closer than others and charged far less than other competitors. I would be happy to use them again.

They did very well, but the price was a bit much.  It was basically worth it, since pet odor is hard to get rid of, but I wish I could have paid less.

They are professional cleaners that are certified.  They are safe to have in the home.

The servicemen were prompt, knew what they were doing and completed the job in a timely manner. The chair looked completely renewed!  The quote I received over the phone was what I paid.

Good.  They were on time, professional and very friendly. 

The guys were very professional, and courteous. I had a appointment 24 hours from the call in time. The crew went above & beyond what I ordered. The carpet looked great when they finished, but within a month it's already starting to look a little dirty, but then again I have two in house dogs and a husband.

The thing that I found about them is that they must be franchised. He gets different owners. They have different workers. It is not always that great, but on the whole they are ok. They didn't really clean the carpet well the last time. It was too wet and when it dried, and it was still dirty. The guy who did the cleaning left a lot of soap on the carpet. Initially their price was excellent. However for the work that they did last time, their price was terrible. The quality of service is pretty good. They are very responsive and follow up with you.

They got the job done quickly, I was surprised how quick it was. The quality is good. They came when they said that they would.
