They are very thorough, if they don't find anything they are very upfront. I don't feel like they have ever over charged and they explain everything they are doing. They are very reasonable.

I would recommend them and I‘ve referred them to my family members as well.  I’ve been very happy with them.  I felt like they’ve been honest, upfront and very thorough in their explanation of what needs to be done and why.  My husband took his Mercedes there before his warranty was up. They kind of did a once-over and told him all the things he needed to know. They also told him that he should go back to Mercedes and have it looked over.  I felt like they haven’t tried to add things on, that weren’t necessary.  They’ve been on time and there haven’t been any crazy unexpected expenses.  My husband had to pay because the vehicle is out of warranty now.  So now he’s paying for everything.  They don’t do just Mercedes.  My husband started with his Mercedes and then I took my Sequoia there.  I have my family members that take the other cars there as well.
