Description of Work: I use this jeweler for all my repair needs and he even appraised a large amount of jewelry for me. I had been given some different types of jewelry and didn't know what I had, and he gladly went through all the pieces for me and told me approximate value and what each stone was. He is very smart and honest, too.

 + -1 moreTHE WATCH WAS NOT READY AS SOON AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED BUT THAT WAS MORE A MATTER OF FINDING THE AUTHENTIC PART THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WHEN I FIRST GOT THE WATCH BACK IT DIDN'T QUITE WORK AS WELL AS IT SHOULD BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ALL THE KINKS OUT AND IT LOOKS WONDERFUL COMPARED TO WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE BEFORE.
Description of Work: I HAD MY HUSBAND'S OLD ROLEX WATCH REPAIRED AND REFURBISHED. IT HAD BEEN GIVEN TO HIM 20 YEARS AGO AND NEEDED SOME PRETTY SUBSTANTIAL CLEANING AND REPAIRS.

 + -1 moreI TOLD THE JEWELER I DID NOT WANT IT FIXED IF IT WAS GOING TO BE EXPENSIVE. HE REPLACED ONE OF THE HANDS AND PUT A NEW BATTERY IN. HE WAS QUICK AND HONEST ABOUT THE ENTIRE THING.
Description of Work: I WAS TOLD THAT MY WATCH WAS COMPLETELY DAMAGED AND THIS JEWELER FOUND THE PROBLEM AND HAD THE WATCH TICKING IN TEN MINUTES.
