Frank at Slavicks' Jewelry is a master at his craft. He takes the time to ensure excellent service and is extremely professional and detailed in all of his work. I would never go anywhere else for any of my jewelry needs.

THE WATCH WAS NOT READY AS SOON AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED BUT THAT WAS MORE A MATTER OF FINDING THE AUTHENTIC PART THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WHEN I FIRST GOT THE WATCH BACK IT DIDN'T QUITE WORK AS WELL AS IT SHOULD BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ALL THE KINKS OUT AND IT LOOKS WONDERFUL COMPARED TO WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE BEFORE.

I TOLD THE JEWELER I DID NOT WANT IT FIXED IF IT WAS GOING TO BE EXPENSIVE. HE REPLACED ONE OF THE HANDS AND PUT A NEW BATTERY IN. HE WAS QUICK AND HONEST ABOUT THE ENTIRE THING.
