Excellent experience with ServPro-West Anaheim. The franchise owner, James Sparks, was on the ball from initial estimate to job completion and I never had to ask for anything twice. Excellent references, proof of workman's comp, liability insurance & industry certifications were provided immediately upon request. His staff was very polite & professional and I would recommend them to anyone who has any type of cleaning/restoration needs. James and his crew were at my home for 1 full week and while it was a little disruptive, I am happy I hired them after screening many mold remediators. While I believe mold remediation is an over marketed service, it is something that you don't want to tackle yourself if it gets to the point where it has really overtaken a decent sized area of your home. Our particular problem really came from a lack of maintenance of the kitchen in combination with an older home that had cracks in exterior stucco wall that allowed water to infiltrate wall cavity.
