Installation team showed up on time when they said they would be there. Worked hard but carefully with removal and installation. Needed to come back a second day to finish stairs and upper landing. Only one installer was available at that time and it did take him all day. There were only two minor things which had to be corrected which were done quickly and to my satisfaction. Painting had been completed before the installation of floor and there were only a few minor touch ups needed after the installation.

I THOUGHT THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. HOWEVER, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A LITTLE LACKING. I HAD TO FOLLOW UP ON APPOINTMENTS FOR VERIFICATION.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY HELPED ME MATCH WHAT I HAD VERY CLOSELY, EVEN ADVISING ME HOW TO SAVE MONEY ON MY CHOICE. INSTALLERS WERE ALSO VERY EFFICIENT, POLITE, AND HELPFUL. THEY HELPED ME MOVE FURNITURE TO ANOTHER ROOM AS NEEDED.

WE WERE QUIT IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK IN PUTTING OUR CARPET DOWN. IT WAS ONE GENTLEMAN DOING THE WORK, BUT HE WAS GOOD, AND HELPED MOVE THE SMALL STUFF IN, AND OUT. IT TOOK TWO DAYS, BUT THE RESULTS WERE BEAUTIFUL.
