Although it took several days longer than expected because of the size of the job, they did excellent work on the flooring installation. They had to shuffle all the furniture between rooms and were very careful. They very satisfactorily addressed all issues that came up.

I really like the installer. The company was good. I loved the flooring that we got from them and it was a good price. They had a great selection and quality. They let me take home samples and look at them in our lighting to see what really worked.

I give them all As. I would use them again. They're fine.

The work was very satisfactory. Workers did the demolition of the old flooring and disposed of the materials. They moved the heavier furniture carefully. They were responsive and polite to any request. Mr. Figueroa was accessable by phone and he made the final inspection to certify the work. The tile floors are beautiful.

Everything went well. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a good job with the installation. They also cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated. Ultimately, I'm happy with the carpet.

We are very thrilled at the salesman's approach to help us, the installer's quality and customer focus, a minor follow-up, and the price. They were recommended to us from friends and, in my mind, I don't know that I would go anywhere else in the future.
We rarely have contractors in our house and are very picky and concerned over being "taken". Our salesman, Stan, was recommended and he was very responsive (and patient) with many ideas over the two weeks it took for us to decide. We visited their store twice and he came out once. He initially came out with excellent samples (we did ask him for specifics so he wasn't "clueless" in what we wanted). He's a "talker" but we found it helpful. We went back and forth - and even went to another local store where we found a great carpet. But something said to give Stan a try. We went back to him and he got the same carpet at a much lower price (about 20% cheaper - and we still got the superior padding!).
He kept talking about "his hand-picked" installers and I believe it. They were smart, courteous, and very helpful. My wife handled the installation and she never felt that they talked "down" to her. They were efficient and very nice. I couldn't hope for any better!
We had a follow-up where they added transition rails (?) between the rug and bathroom vinyl. At first they suggested we don't use them but noted that if we didn't like the "clean" transition, they'd be happy to come out and put the metal rails in. We didn't like it in two places, and they cheerfully came back out and added the rails. I think this was more an issue with the quality of our vinyl install than their "clean" edge. But they came out quickly with a great attitude!
I can be a customer service "pain in the butt" and I've found absolutely NOTHING to be unhappy about.
We've already recommended them to two other friends.
I only wish I knew them a few years earlier when we redid the carpeting in our family room! I think I would have been much happier with the experience!

Update - 6 months later. We are still very, very happy with the carpet and the installation. No problems or call backs. We continue to recommend the company and, in particular, Stan.

I love our new wood flooring! I'd gotten an estimate from Home Depot that was about $600 more than this estimate. A friend recommended Rite-Loom, so I went to see their showroom. They let me check out flooring samples (around 18" square, I believe), and we were able to find the perfect color - Wild Cherry. The installer was Jerry, and he was fantastic. He brought an asst. with him, and they finished in two half-days, and cleaned everything up beautifully. I was very happy with the entire process, start to finish. Note that we got the best price by paying cash (check) rather than using a charge card.

The whole process was very quick--I think the flooring arrived within a week, but we had to wait another week until our schedule was free to accommodate the installation.

Went like clock work. Rafael Magana our sales man is truly wonderful.The installers were a joy to be around.
