Left the job unfinished. had to hire another plumber to finish the job.

Very well. Everything satisfactory.

Two weeks ago, my main sewer line was backing up waste water into the house. I called Rick at 3PM and had to leave a voice mail. He called me back within 15 minutes and apologized for missing the call due to being on a job site. He informed me that he could get a person out by 5PM at the earliest due to their heavy load. That was completely fine with me because 2 other big plumbing companies told me it would be at least 2-2.5 hours. He was also cheaper than the others. Rick quoted me $80 while the others quoted me $120. The plumber and his assistant arrived at 4:45 PM, 15 minutes ahead of the quoted time. They were very professional, clean, and did not smell. Also, they did not look or act as though they were ready to go home. I mention this because it was 5 PM and I was their last stop. They were able to quickly assess the situation and remove the blockage. Then, they proceeded showed me that it was tree roots that were causing the problem and showed me the exact tree that was causing the problem. This was important since there is a potential for 3 different tress to cause the problem. They also explained to me that I need to have this service done every 6-8 months to prevent a blockage like that again. When it came time to pay, they were very professional and wrote a detailed receipt for me, upon request. I am a tenant and required to turn in receipts to my landlord for records of any repairs to the house and for reimbursement when necessary. I have used them twice since this first visit, and everything was the same. Professional, clean and extreme timely and knowledgeable. Able to fix the problem completely and quickly. Their pricing is very reasonable, easily beating out the big name companies. I also found out that the plumbers he employees are very experienced. One with 10 years and one with 35 years, and it shows. I cannot emphasize how knowledgeable and professional this team is. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in their service area. You will not be disappointed.

We are remodeling a bathroom and wanted the toilet and sink moved and shower larger.I had many estimates and received a wide range of quotes. Rick the happy plumber was very reasonable. Dery and Carlos came out and spent the whole day getting the job done. They were patient with us and addressed our concerns and questions,. Very neat

The work was perfect as usual.



Dery and Hugo did all the work for the home remolding plumbing needs. Dery had done all of the work in years past, including a water heater replacement. Dery is a true professional plumber and Hugo, Dery's assistant, is also very profession in his work. Both are extremely polite and do great work - they come on-time, are neat (provide drop cloths), work fast, and do proper and thorough work. They will always ask you for your opinion, if needed. The pricing is very reasonable and you don't have to worry about being over-charged.

It went great. Umberto showed up when they said he would. He worked hard the whole time. He explained all that he was trying to do. I was charged slightly more than quoted because my job was more involved but I was told before he did the additional work. And Umberto genuinely tried to make the lesser repair work.

We have used Rick for over 10 years. Most recently a water pipe broke between the house and the water main. This occurred on a Sunday morning and we called a plumber who advertised 24/7 service. He was supposed to arrive between 11:00 and 2:00 but did not show up until after 5:00. He never called us to update his arrival time, it was necessary for us to call him. The plumber stood on the sidewalk and told us the pipe needed to be replaced and that it would cost $2,000 and he could start on Tuesday. We said thanks, but no thanks.
We called Rick on Monday morning and he said he would have someone out between 12:00 and 2:00. Dery called us at 1:00 and said he would be there in about 15 minutes, and he was. He and Hugo dug a hole and exposed the break in the pipe and gave us two options for repair. We choose to have the pipe replaced entirely and Dery said he would be back on Tuesday between 1:00 and 3:00. Again he called just before 2:00 and said he was on his way. He and Hugo dug a trench and replaced the pipe and we had water again. They had removed the grass so that it could be replaced after the trench was filled in and you could barely see any disturbance. They then broom swept and hosed down the street and removed all of the dirt that had spilled over.
Dery and Hugo did an excellent job and I will continue to use Rick the Happy Plumber, and to recommend him.

Rick The Happy Plumber was very reasonable, I had been quoted anything from USD 275 to USD 300 and they did it for USD 150.

I saw these guys at a neighbor's house and asked them to give me an opinion on fixing my kitchen sink. The faucet was loose and water was leaking into the cabinet below. The home warrantee company who at the time had been paid a tidy sum to look after things like this came out and said the entire sink had to be replaced (which of course wasn't covered) but Rick the Happy Plumber's guys looked at it and told me I just needed a new faucet.They gave me a card and I called the office and spoke to Rick and explained everything to him. He told me a few good brand names for kitchen faucets so I could go buy the one I wanted (I bought a Pfister) and he scheduled a day for them to come install it. The plumbers arrived on time and even remembered that we do not allow shoes in our house. It took them about 90 minutes to take out the old faucet, completely clean all the gunk around the sink and install the new faucet with one additional larger washer as one sink hole had actually expanded due to rust and I could see they put in a little extra effort to make sure it was fixed properly. The new faucet works very well and we have no more leaking issues. So would have cost me $800-$1000 minimum (without the tile work that would have been necessary) to replace the entire sink this repair only cost me around $200 ($120 for them to install it and $80 for the faucet I bought at Lowes).
