They installed the new doors and then told me that I had to pay for the painting and refinishing work of the old doors but they were giving me a discount. I was told that the repainting was guaranteed for 5 years. I recently noticed that the older doors were needing to be repainted again, because the paint was chipping. They came out a week ago and just called me today to tell me that they would supply the paint but I would have to pay $300 for the labor. I was furious and told them I would be letting the world know of my dissatisfaction and what people can expect from this company. I will never use them again.

estimate high but I wanted quality after a few years double panes began to fog up some with rainwater between panes now about 50 need to be replaced They look terrible when the sun shines thru I called the service department and they want $95 to come out and give me an estimate. I am most irate that they would charge to see what is wrong

THIS IS A WELL-RAN, VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE TOP QUALITY (AS IS THE PRODUCT), PROMPT AND POLITE. THEY ALSO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY TRULY VALUES ITS CUSTOMERS.

THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. IT IS JUST THAT THE PRODUCT HAS ENHANCED OUR HOUSE AND EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD. IT WAS AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
