The first day they cleaned all the roots from the sewer line which we verified with a clear scope picture.  They then convinced me that we should do the epoxy lining to prevent roots from coming back in the future.  They took several days to dig a large hole in our patio.  The hole was larger than it needed to be as they dug in the wrong place.  They had promised to NOT break any of the patio tiles, but broke 5 of the 9 they removed.  They then promised to get matching tiles to replace the broken ones.  The tiles they found did NOT match.  We asked for a final scope of the sewer to verify the job and this time they brought out a unit with a poor quality picture.  The sewer does seem to work okay.  Hence the passing grade of a C.

I had what I thought was a leak on my water heater and had water leaking all over the garage. I called late on a weekday and they were out in a couple of hours. Turned out it was a gasket leak and not the heater itself, thank goodness. He had to go to Home Depot to get a part.  The price was high of course, but in reality not that bad for late night, emergency service.  The technician who came out was also super helpful with the other questions I had about water heaters in general and their services, etc.

Scott Bancrioft was the plumber who showed up ...he was right on time wearing a smile. He got right to work and the repair took five minutes. With the coupon from Angie's list the repair was $75..how awesome is that....Scott and this company ROCK!...they will now be the plumbers I turn to when I need work done. Lynda Labine

They said that the $1,475.00 didn't cover any drywall replacement.  Since February I have had a second plumber quote me on this job for $500.00.  Don't let them pressure you on the spot into working on your plumbing.  Defiantly get a second estimate when dealing with Rapid Plumbing.

I called at 6 o'clock in the morning, and they came out quickly.  They were very helpful with many obstacles that were presented.  They showed up early and were clean.  They were just excellent.  I had full trust and confidence in them.  They just went above and behind.  They were so courteous.

Plumber arrived within the hour diagnosed the problem. Repair was completed that evening as promised.

Another plumber informed us of a gas leak while repairing a water leak we had. We called Rapid Plumbers, and sure enough, they arrived within the hour. They ran a  "sniffer" to locate the source of the gas leak. They found three sections: one in the living room over the fireplace area; another in the kitchen area, and lastly one at a 90 degree elbow conection with the dryer shut off valve. They repiped and replaced materials(track pipe flex line) to ensure gas leaks were contained. They made several holes in the fireplace wall, one in the hallway crossing into the kitchen, and a few other hole sin the kitchen ceiling close to the microwave. They rechecked the house for any further leaks, none found.
It took them the whole day to repair but stayed until 11 PM to finish the job. The technicains were professional, courteous, and arrived on time. Made the least amount of mess but picked up after themselves once the job was completed. Would recommend and use their service in the future.

It was one guy, he worked very hard and did a really good job. I think they lean toward being a little high but the quality of the work is very good and they are available 24 hours. They are also very good about telling you what they are doing.

I called the company at 9:20 on the morning of Jan. 2 and because of the backlog of people needing service after the holiday, Chris finally arrived at 3:20 p.m. It was only enough time to see what the problem was and to schedule the work for 10 a.m. the next morning. He arrived promptly and the work was completed in an hour. However, he had to come back 2 days later because he had installed the faucet incorrectly. This he did promptly after several calls from the company saying that he would be delayed. He did this cheerfully because he wouldn't have known it was incorrectly installed had I not reported it.

The problem had obviously been going on for a while and the warranty ran out just last Thursday. I talked to the lady at Rapid Plumber and she blew me off.

Never use these people. They are unprofessional, inexperienced and irresponsible. The technician was prepared to leave after pulling a toilet through a wall, spilling raw sewage on the floor and not cleaning it up. There was another way he could have done the job without pulling the toilet out of the wall.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT, PLEASANT AND QUITE HELPFUL. HE TOOK THE EXTRA TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND EVEN MADE A NOTE ABOUT WHAT HE COULDN'T FIX IN THE REAR BATHROOM.

THE PLUMBER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WORKED HARD AND THE NEW FAUCET AND DRAIN WORKED VERY WELL. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON A NEW WATER HEATER. I WILL CALL HIM SOON. HE ALSO GAVE ME A SENIOR CITIZEN'S DISCOUNT OF 10%.

THEY RECOMMENDED A NEW TOILET BE INSTALLED. THEY GAVE ME A PRICE OF $1000 WHICH IS APPALLING CONSIDERING THE PRICE OF A TOILET IS FAR LESS THAN THAT. I FELT CHEATED, AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
