PuroClean showed up within 2 hours of calling them.  They immediately began to suck up the water and remove the carpet.  They recommended that I call my insurance agent to arrange for a motel while they did their work.  They had to remove portions of the walls to dry out the insides of the walls.  They removed the insulation from under the house as it, too, was soaked.  Then they turned on the fans, drilled holes in the baseboards in the kitchen and bathroom, and began to suck out and drain the remaining water.  They packed up and removed, then stored, all the household furniture and contents. The drywall was not a common drywall, and it was textured, but PuroClean was able to match the dry wall and texture. They repainted the entire interior in a color that I chose. They replaced the carpet and pad with the carpet I chose.  They fixed the holes in the baseboards and left the house in much better shape than it was in to begin with.  The whole time they worked with me and my insurance company to make sure that I was well cared for and made the process as easy for me as was possible.  They went over and above the call of duty to take care of me.  I have never had a disaster in my home, so I didn't know what to expect.  I am so grateful that PuroClean is the company that was recommended to me.  They are EXCELLENT!!
